RETURN POLICY

All customers are entitled to a refund of items if the item is faulty, not as described or the customer simply changes their mind. Items must be returned within 14 days after it was purchased. Items returned after 14 days will not be entitled to receive a refund.

 

For hygiene reasons you cannot return earrings unless broken.

 

All shipping costs associated with the transaction are non-refundable, including both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost

 

Unfortunately we can not accept online exchanges.

Please follow the ‘Process for Refund’ below for instructions.

 

PROCESS FOR REFUND

Contact info@stellaandlou.com explaining the issue with your item. Please ensure to include:

  • Your Name

  • Order number

  • Item in question

 

Upon instructions from Stella & Lou. please post your items back to the address provided. We recommend you return your goods using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

 

Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. If purchased using your credit or debit card linked to your Paypal account, the refund will be returned to the selected card. If however you paid using a bank account connected to Paypal, your refund will be credited back into your PayPal account. It is then the responsibility of the customer  to transfer the refund back into their bank account if necessary.
